Federal Bonding Program
I learned today about a federal program to help people find work when they have something in their past that may otherwise prevent them from being hired. The Federal Bonding Program provides employers with some security when hiring someone they might otherwise turn down due to a felony conviction, past substance abuse, poor credit, dishonorable discharge from the military, or those lacking a work history.
